These terms govern your use of GroceryCartBudget.com and, where available, Budget Cart+.
The free meal planner, grocery list, price-comparison, and budget-tracking tools are provided for general informational use. Grocery prices, nutrition information, availability, promotions, and savings estimates can vary by location and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing ingredients and making choices that fit your dietary, medical, and household needs.
Budget Cart+ is a recurring subscription delivered by email. Current plans are $6.99 per month or $59 per year, plus any applicable tax. Payment processing and subscription management are provided by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize the recurring charge for your selected plan until you cancel.
You may cancel through the link in your Stripe receipt or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops renewal; you retain access through the end of the period already paid for. We may update subscription features or pricing prospectively, with notice where required.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly at support@grocerycartbudget.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually and do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
